REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.



To start a return, you are suppossed to contact us at contact@planterstar.com Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping fees are non-refundable and, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.




Refunds

We will do refund once we've received the item you've returned.
The refund will be returned in 7 business days after receiving your returns and after verification, please check your account. There might be a little bit delay for your fund return request due to that we usually handle it in twice a week. Any question please contact us. Customer Service will reply you as soon as possible.



Cancellation
You can cancel your order before your item is shipped:
(1) Your order could be fully refunded within 24 hours after purchasing.
(2) Your order could only be partial refunded more than 24 hours after purchasing.
